Would you want equipment by itself or included?

It would be nice to have the option to have it included or seperate.

maybe have equipment labeled as alpha and piping as numeric?

    John.

The BOM table created is an AutoCAD table, so you can modify the table style.  If you set up a table style before hand, it should use that style to create the table.  The headers and column width are fixed.

Future plans are to allow specifying which components should be excluded and columns to include (as well as widths and titles).  Due to some other development priorities it will be a bit before we get to doing that.

I'd suggest setting up a table style and then recording a macro to change the headers/widths.  That should automate the process pretty well.

Please also include the generation of BOM wise line number selection. If the user selects two line numbers, the BOM should generate only for the 2 line nos. Also, annotion of the parts should be automatically placed. These options are already available in CADWORX software.

Please also include generation of BOM based on Line numbers also. In the ortho view, if the user select the line numbers, that corresponding line numbers BOM should get placed. Also, the annotion of parts should be automatically placed on the ortho. These options are already available in CADWORX software.
