AutoCAD Plant 3D

When I hopped on Plant3D tonight, my 'Part Insertion' panel no long has the blanks for Line Number, Size, and Spec.  Any clue why those disappeared?

I've tried rebooting.  Tried both the default profile and my saved one.

So far this morning, I have tried to repair Plant 3D and also reinstalled it.  Neither worked.

Eventually I had to just reinstall the program.  Tried a few other options that didnt help.  I would still like to know what could cause it though.

I just had this happen again.  It occured the same day as I changed STARTUP to 2.   I changed STARTUP back to 0 and it appears to have resolved itself.  It happened while in the middle of working on the project.  I didn't appear to be the result of reopening the program.
