I am using Plant 3D 2012. Centerline is now in a seperated layer, Is there anyway we can change the def color  and linetype of the centerline somewhere, so I don't have to do it manually very time. Is this possible?

yes, my friend.

Its yes, you must enter the template orthographic view and edit the centerline there.
