Ortho colors not displaying in migrated drawings

We have 2 projects that were started in Plant 3D 2011 and migrated to 2012. When we update any previously ceated orthos or create any new ones, the color of the layer that the models are on do not carry over to the ortho anymore. I can change it manually by going into properties. It doesn't seem to do this with projects created in 2012, the colors display correctly as whatever the model is.
Has anyone noticed anything like this, and found a solution?

In Plant3D 2012, users can change the color of the ortho entites using the layer manager. In Plant 3D 2011, the default color of ortho entity is the same color of corresponding 3D entity, where as in 2012, the default color of the ortho entity is the layer color of the Plant 3D entity. That is the reason, for changing the colors during the edit view in migrated project.
In 2012, open the layer mamanger, and change the color of the corresponding layers. It will update the ortho entity color.
HTH..
