it mean this massage and how i solve

That message was put in to help identify broken connections between objects in different drawings (via xrefs). However, it can come up in other situations when a connection is abormal.

Have you used Iso symbols in the DWG?

Can you try running the PLANTAUDIT command on the DWG?

But no error comming Fixed 0  is there any another Solution

I believe the ISO symbols are triggering the bubble notification. It is a special case connection to the piping fittings that is not well handled by the orphaned connections checker.

I'll log it as a defect for fixing. You may ignore the warning.
