Failed to load Project file (Acad Plant 3D 2012)

We have a project when we try to open appears this message.

All is ok, no change directory, no change nothing, only today said this.

What can we do..?!

Did you try clearing the local data cache?

It has worked for other startup loading errors; it may work for this.
