Create a New Annotation Style and Making it Default

I want to annotate my pipes for ex  DN100-10013 (DN Pipe Size - Line Number).

but I couldn't achieve it.

Hi,

How do you change the annotation tag list to make one the default - I have a drg with 1000 valve tags to show & want this tag to be made the default or the only tag on the list so it speeds up my work
