Convert Autoplant specs in Plant 3D 2012 doesn't work

I have a problem with Spec conversion from Autoplant.

I got the message "Unable to open MDB file"

It works fine in 2011

Please see attached log file.

Hello Tnka,

Can you please let me know what OS and Office version you are on? 32 or 64 bit? Also, can you please check if you have the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 installed?

Thanks,

Raj Inugala.

Hi Raj

Thanks for your responce. If you open the attachment you will find basic setup for my machine.

I'm running 32bit Office 2010 on a 64bit system. But it works in 2011. Plant 2011 and 12 are both installed on the same PC. 2011 is installed first.

Hi Raj

Thanks for your responce unfortunate I replyed my own message by mistake one minute ago.

As you can see in the attachment I'm running Office 2010 32bit  on WIN7 64bit. I don't if this is ok but it works in Plant 2011.

Both plant 2011 and 12 is installed on the same machine. Plant 2011 first. Is this a problem?

Thanks

Hi

Thanks for all your help. Problem is solved.

Reason is that I had a mix of 64bit Plant and 32bit Office application. All must be 64 bit.

Even after upgrading to the 64 bit Office, I still can't convert the Autoplant specs to AutoCAD Plant 3D 2015.
