Hi Ahmed,

I understand that you have a model of a pump and you want to use it as a Plant 3D equipment. Do you have the new user-defined pump as an AutoCAD model or as Inventor assembly? Depending on that you will use command PLANTEQUIPMENTCONVERT (AutoCAD model) or PLANTINVENTOREQUIPMENTCONVERT (Inventor) to convert this model to a Plant 3D equipment.

Actually those two issues I know about it my point is should be including the programs because I have for each model draw first in 3d model and converting witch is cost me a big time I was hope the another easy  solution.

Hi Ahmed,

Currently we don't have here a big library here for equipments. And PLANTEQUIPMENTCREATE creates more general equipments, not such specific as you want. So I'm sorry to say that you have to use either PLANTEQUIPMENTCONVERT for AutoCAD models or PLANTINVENTOREQUIPMENTCONVERT for Inventor assemblies.
