"Part Family preview lisp files" in Catalog Builder Settings

There is an option in Catalog Builder - "Create Part Family preview lisp files" (1.jpg).

What is carried out when this option is turn on?

Hi berucheva,

 

This option is used to create LISP files of all your catalog components. You can then drag&drop the lsp files into Plant 3D for the purpose of checking.

Hi Ken!

How can I drag&drop lisp-file in Plant 3D? Could you tell me about it more detailed? for what lisp-files are used??May be for preview of the component?
