"Move Part grip" could not see

This is my client's problem.

They "AutoCAD Plant 3D 2014" version is used.
Their employees to use the company's computer, open the drawing objects (pipes, equipment, structures, etc.) has been selected.
But me and he "Move Part grip" could not see.
Rotate the screen, but the same was true.
Select several objects, but the situation is better.

However, it should appear in my computer.

"Move Part grip" to appear / disappear commands are there?

Make sure GRIPMULTIFUNCTIONAL is set to 3.

It looks like the 'GRIPS' system variable controls this.  Try changing it to '2'.
