plant 3d 2012 project work sharing

Hi, everybody i am a designer engineer for oil & gas purposes.

i am using autocad plant 3d 2012, and due to the big project i want to make someone else to work beside me , i mean i want to make the project file accessible for both of us, in which on of us can edit and modify the file and the other one can see and being notified the updates had been done by the first one.

so can anyone help me in this vital issue

Put the project on a network drive, then make separate models for each of you (or however many people and discipliens are going to be working on it), and start modelling.
