plant 3D isogen error 32

so when ever I try to make any iso quick or production I get an isogen error 32 which doesnt create or able to find a pod file and I have tried repair reinstall new projects new model new lines changeing set up settings project settings Ive looked for other support forums and I cant seem to find any anwsers.  i have had it work on other machines but not this one it is a 64bit with windows 7 got 12 gigs ram it is plant 3D 2011.  I ve also tried updates.  Im at a lose.
