Where Plant looks for specs

I created a test project on a network share some time ago and was using various spec sheets. But now, when I create a new project, even if it's on my local drive, it pulls all the spec sheets that were used on the network-based project.

Where does Plant look for spec sheets? And why does it keep using the spec sheets from the network projects?

Where is the location of the "AutoCAD Plant 3D 2013 Content" folder?
