Unknown command saveas

Hi,

I am working with AutoCAD PLant 3D v2015. When I want to save a file, I get the message 'An unknown error has occured'.

It says to include teh detail when sending the report to Autodesk but, when I close the dialogue box, it disappears.

Any ideas ?

Hi Marc,

This issue can usually be solved with one or all of the following:

• Purge the local data cache with the PnpLocalDataCachePurger.exe from the "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2015\PLNT3D" folder.
• Audit the project using the AUDITPROJECT command.
• Compress the project and purge history by right-clicking the project in the project manager and selecting "Compress Database".
