Unable to reach ADMS from Plant 3d

Hi all,

I'm trying to create an ADMS to work with Plant 3d and i'm facing a little issue. It's impossible to create new project on the ADMS. Each time i try to connect i get a message saying : "Your test connection to the specified server has failed, Please try again". If I change the sa login credentials to enter the login "sa" and the password AutodeskVault@26200 i've got a different message saying "... error: 26 - Error Locatign server" (the original message is in attachement.

The weird part is when i try the same thing on the ADMS of my localhost machine it works.

For info : Plant 3d 2014 ENU x64 plus Vault Professionnal Client 2013 and Vault Professionnal Client 2014 installed on my machine. OS Win 7 French

Server : Virtual machine Windows 2008 r2 std sp1 ENU with SQL express 2008 sp3 ENU with adms 2014 ENU. Only the collation is in french. I've not installed a new instance for Plant, just the AutodeskVault. Firewall disconnected.

I can connect perfectly to that server with the client Vault and with inventor.

Any idea?

Thank's for help.

I don't recommend creating your Plant3D projects on the same instance as the ADMS.
Create a new instance on the SQL server. It's ok to be the same as the Vault Server.

Hi all,

thank's for the tip but it seems that it wasn't necessary anymore to do another instance.

Anyway, i created a new sql instance called AUTODESKPLANT as you can see in the image but the problem still remain.

I'm not a specialist in SQL, is there a way to find what's blocking? A tool to diagnose? Some kind of link tracker.
