Stub end OD does not match pipe

I am using Autcad Plant 3d 2012. Whenever I insert a Lap joint flange and stub end, the OD of the fitting is shown smaller than the OD of the pipe. I revised the D2 Size Parameter for the stub end (Nominal outside diameter) in the catalog to match the pipe OD (6.625 inches), I updated the project spec and reconstructed the pipe, but nothing changed. Am I doing something wrong?

The size being used to draw the stub end in the catalog doesn't match the pipe od. You'll have to change the catalog, update the spec to match the catalog (careful with your long descriptions), and then re-draw the part.

The OD of the Stub end was what came with the catalog. It was only when I started using stub ends that I noticed the problem. Is the D2 parameter the one that I need to modify?
