Spool Iso ignores some welds

Welds and stubins that are annotated and dimensioned in a normal isometric drawing do not appear in a spool drawing of same pipeline.

As a test I created a new theme from an existing isometric drawing theme and then changed it to a spool drawing theme.

Comparing the two isoconfig.xml files showed that only three lines were different.

1.  In line  <FileNameFormat UseSpoolNameAsFileName="false">   false is changed to true

2.  In line     <Auto SplitSymbol="SplitMark" SpoolSplit="false" IdentifySpools="true" SplitOnCongestion="true" CongestionLevel="2" /> Spoolsplit is changed from false to true.

3. In line   <Table AllowOverflow="false"> false is changed to true.

Spool drawings are supposed to show the symbols for tap welds at stubbed-in pipes together with appropriate annotations and dimensions.

Can anybody explain why is this not happening?
