Hi,

Using the Report creator I can't seem to be able to get any reducing parts (eg. reducers, Olets, reducing tees) to show the branch size in the ND field. It currently shows the header size only and groups all parts together. eg if i have two weldolets with a header of DN100 but one with a branch of DN50 and the other DN40 then they will be grouped together showing the quantity as 2 DN100 weldolets.

I don't really want to go through all the reducing parts in the spec creator to add the sizes back to the size description.

Can anyone help me please?

The original issue is getting to show the size (ie 4"x1") in a field by itself in reports, not having items with similar sites groups in the same row.

Hi,

I attached a dwg called B.O.M. Test and the pdf that I got from the report generator. I managed to separate piping elements by material and spec.

The reducer sizes come out as requested. All parts come out with their specific designation or description.

In my spec I filled in the 'Short Description' field and so far, it works !

Exactly, some people want the size in a separate column, which is not what you show.  Our plugin will populate a separate column with the size displayed in the properties palette.

Thanks for clearing that up, it is quite simple to edit the descripion of the component to show the size in the bom, but then again thats still work needed to put that in and its not the proper way to list item size when creating a professional report.

PLEASE keep us posted as to when this plugin will be released, will save me from getting grey hair at such a young age.

How it's possible to get Quantity to show also number of bolts?

Now it only show the quantity of bolt set's but I need to it show number of bolt.

Of course I can make new coulum which show how many bolt in set but it would be better in Quantity
