Removing mulitiple catalog part sizes from a spec at the same time?

I'm using Plant 3D 2013. Is there a good way to remove mulitiple catalog part sizes from a spec all at the same time?  I know I can check the Remove From Spec box on every size I what to remove but there seems like there should be a quicker way than that...

During adding elemento to the spec use size filters to add only sizes which you want.

 For more fast select you can use Space boton and down boton of keyboard.
