Railing Handrail Set to PIPE2STD Shown As Square Tube

I've selected PIPE2STD in Railing settings, but when I draw the rail it shows as square tubing.  Any help on why it does this?

Thanks for the solution!  Your attachement helped me understand the various setting options.

Where are the settings to fininsh the intersection of the toprail and post intersection (see attachement).  Also is it possible to have the end of pipe finished with a pre setting as well.
