RF vs FF

Is there a real reason have RF and FF versions of certain items such as Bolt Sets, Lap Joint Flanges, ect....? This results in the RF or FF being called out on iso's and it causes connection issues. I see no reason for a Bolt Set to be called out as RF(see attached)...

I think this is an issue in your spec sheet thus in your catalogue try to have the correct naming first.

It's mainly for the joint connections.  The flange joints are defined as requiring matches for the PressureClass,Facing, and MatchingPipeOD.  This means the program will only use parts that have those values matching.  So, while it's not "piping" logical, that's how the program works.
