Project Set-up will not load

My Project set up freezes now when I load it, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

It might be that the dialog box for the project setup is off screen somewhere. When you go into the Project Properties, press Alt then Space then M to move the dialog box. You can then use the keyboard arrows to move the dialog box back onto the main screen.
