Production ISO pop-up disappeared

Hello,

The following occured today: I start plant 3D 2014 local with borrowed license. opened the project and clicked production iso. Normally a pop-up will appear, now the pop-up is not shown. But i got the feeling it is somewhere. The buttons in the ribbon grey out. If I hit esc then I get normal access to all the buttons in the ribbon. The pop-up is not on a second or third monitor. 

When I try to make a quick ISO the dialogscreen is displayed.

snijdam....I agree with jabowabo's suggestion on the pop-up window off the screen.

Were you able to try his suggestion yet to see if it resolve the issue?
