Plant3D - New Project - Error because of Missing Files

Hello,

I have created a new project. It is not the first time when I've done it. After I have sett up the project with new symbols, properties and tags , now, whenever I want to open the project, I get first information regarding couple of missing filles.

The problem is that I haven't deleted anything from the mentioned files. As an attachment I'm sending you the name of the missing files .

The biggest problem is that I can open the project but then is completely frozen.

My company have bought a license what can be used by two computers at the same time but we both (me and my colleague) have same problem: we can not open the Plant3D by clicking directly the icon and we always have to open a drawing first with the AutCAD Application  - Plant 3D.

First attachment is for the status of the Plant 3D when the window is frozen.

 Second attachment is for the missing files.

I really need to solve this problem as soon as possible.
