Plant 3D objects not shown in 3D view

When i am trying to make pipe through pipe route option on part insertion panel on home tab, 2 D lines are drawn and if i add an equipment then the same is not shown on the P3D drawing. I checked for all the possible human error like

- Some files may be missing from the folder

- Workspace settings

- Drawing made in P3D folder in Project pane of Project manager

but the problem is not sorted out. Some more errors are there which i face when i use some commands for e.g.

1. When I connect piping with its adjacent item it shows an error “ Ports must be adjacent to connect”, to remove that error I tried to make my piping and connection inline but the error window was not gone.

2. When I want to connect piping to Equipment starting from another equipment in the drawing , I don’t have any tool so that I can map my pipe end with the nozzle of the equipment.

3. An error “  Auto – Flange : Flange not found in desired piping Spec” when I start piping from a equipment nozzle.

4. While pipe routing an error appears “ Auto routing cannot find paths”.

Please help me for the above described problems.
