Plant 3D 2013 Ortho Creation Error

When creating an ortho drawing with approximately 70 models, the result has large rectangles from top to bottom or left to right of selected view. I've tested this with fewer models, and ortho creation works fine. I think it has to be an issue with the complexity of certain models, our structural models are the most complex.

I've installed Plant 3D 2013 and this error has been fixed. Unfortunlately the project was started in 2013 and not everyone has been upgraded. So using Plant 3D 2014 is not an option with this project.

The only way I've been able to get the Ortho creation to work, is by deleting the local cache data.

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD Plant 3D 2013 - English\PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe

Using an Ortho Master drawing has been a successful approach for some. This is mentioned in the white paper ”How to Manage Large Projects”.  https://autocad.autodesk.com/?nd=whitepapers.
