Pipe weights showing in properties

We are very new to Plant 3D and at the moment learning as we go.

We have an issue which we can't resolve. One user can place a length of pipe into a drawing and the total weight will show in the properties box, but when another user places a pipe, the weight will not show in the properties box. Both users are using the same project, specs, catologues etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks.

Please verify that the user is using the correct spec. The user might be using an old spec that does not have the weights specified in the spec. Here is also, the Plant 3D 2014 help file that explains this in more detail.
