I installed a welded stanchion type support on a 6" elbow. The default support size is 5". When I run the isometric the support is shown on the iso and appears in the iso BOM. However, if I now go back to the 3D model and change the support size from 5" to 4", using the properties pallette, and then run the iso again the support shows on the drawing but, does not appear in the iso BOM. How can I fix this?
I just repeated the process that you described. I resized the support, ran the Iso and the pipe support still showns in my BOM. It might be possible the support became disconnected, you might just pull it off the elbow and reconnected. If that does not work I would just recommened inserting a new support.

Did you insert the support from the support spec or did you create one from the ribbon menu? I have found that the problem exists when I insert the support from the support spec. If I insert the support from the create button on the ribbon menu the "size" property in the properties palette cannot be changed however, the dimensions of the support can be changed and will successfully appear on the iso BOM. The problem with that is the main size on the BOM will remain as the default. To be more specific on this problem I was installing dummy legs and stanchion supports on a 6" line. The program by default inserts a 5" support which needs to be changed to 4". Can you successfully install and edit using these sizes?
