Picklist Description in property

I have a challenge for you.

I have created a property containing a list. Now I want to show the description for the selected value in another property.

Does anybody know if this is possible.

I allready looked into the Calculated Properties Manager ( PLANTDEFINECALCPROPERTIES ) Because it shows the PicklistValueDescription property under PnPProjectValues.

Am I looking in the right direction? Would be grand if I could get this working with your help.

Hi, good day. If what you are trying is to create a property which contains a list and want to have the code and the description separately, here is what i have done.

Eg. S110 - Dummy Leg

1. Create a new property in the Project setup for the List (eg. Support List)

2. Create another property for the Support Code and another for the Support description using Plantdefinecalcprop command.

3. Use the (Substring) to have the values of the code and description separately.
