I found something on GitHub that claims to be that, it was last updated in 2013. I don't know how to implement python into P3D, and because of that, I'm not posting the link. You might search there. Please use your own good judgement and your own due diligence.

P3dTools is an app I develop for the company I work for. Sorry, it's not available for download.
