P3D 3ds max error

Just finished installing P3D premium suite - and got a very strange error, about 15 or so DLL errors.

I fixed that by reinstalling P3D and they went away.. now when I fire up 3ds max I get this error

3ds Max failed to find any "RuntimeRequirements" nodes under "ApplicationPackage" node in "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\Create BOM.bundle\PackageContents.xml". Please check its format.

I should have.. brain turned off I guess.. but the DLL error just poped up again.. looks like I need to delete everything and start over.

re-install and repair did not solve the issue.

is the short list - I had to restart windows explorer ( it crashes explorer ) and could not open chrome so I missed over half the

error messages.

so far I have reinstalled

removed all of plant 3d 2014, and still getting the windows explorer error..

I am *hoping* that reinstalling 2014 from a fresh download will fix this.
