P&ID Line list

Hello,

I will work with function P&ID Line List but sometime I have one failure message.

I will insert a ball valve or diaphragm valve and I receive this message

Although I have in my Spec these valves

Hi Sebastian,

This issue is occurring because the ball valve mapping is set to Valve(Ball-Inline) and the Ball Valve in the spec does not have the "Valve Alignment" and "Valve Body Type" properties set.

To fix the spec, open it in the spec editor and double click the ball valve. This opens the "Edit Parts" dialog where you can set these values.

The Valve Alignment and Valve Body Type should also be added to the valve in the catalog so that they are there if you need to add it to a new spec.
