Ortho Annotate Problem

I have just started using plant3d 2014 & with either a migrated project or a newly created project I have the following problem when using ortho annotate : The only option available in ortho annotate is bop, but I want to annotate line size / line number / spec. I Cannot change the default callout in the project setup either.

Click the pipe or equipment you want to annotate, click right mouse button, and you will see the ortho annotate option, choose the desired anno style you want to use.
