Off Page conector error

Hello All
I have any problems with off page conectors, but this is the most big problem found in this area
When I try to connect my P& ID´s This Message is showing:

Any more with this problem  (Plant 3d SP1)

Close Plant and then try running the: "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2015\PLNT3D\PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe"

If that doesn't help, try Audit Project.

If that doens't help, will it work in a new project/another project and just isn't working in this one?
