Off Page Connectors

Hello,

We are having problems with Off Page Connectors & Utility Connectors.

After the connection is made if we have to edit anything or move the connector, they go haywire.

Often when an existing connector is modified the end of the piping line graphically breaks away from the connector. If either is moved the connector jumps to a random area of the drawing and cannot be undone. Both lines on both drawings then need to be deleted and rerouted from scratch (including valves & interments)

Help please

The off-page connectors you are using, have they been modified in any way from the original OoTB (out-of-the-box) connectors?

The off page connectors are custom to comply with a customer standard.
