OFFPAGE Connectors problems

I have a problem with offpage connector.

I make a project and I use offpage connector and all works perfectly. Afterwards I insert some drawings of this project in an another project with "copy drawing to Project" and problems begins:

If I want to connect any drawing from or to a new drawings, all works fine (even between two new drawings) but If I try to connect two old drawings it doesn't works.

And I have another question: my offpage connectors are linked via a section number defined in the drawing properties and this number is a part of all my tag. It's normal that the pipeline losts theire reference to this number when i attach an offpage connector?

What version of AutoCAD P&ID are you referring to. If using 2012 download the lastest hotfix.
