Note Nominal diameter with ISOS

I need to delete the note text that appears in the ISOS which contains the "Nominal Diameter" pipe. How can you ensure that this note does not appear? Attached is a picture.

Open the isoconfig.xml for the style you want to use. Using an xml editor (NOT notepad or IE), navigate to Themes > Theme (Default) > AnnotationSchemes> Size PropertyChangeScheme. Typically you can add an Enabled attribute. If that doesn't work, just remove the value in the Filter, and it will never be applied.
