Non-ribbon commands list

Anyone have a list of those cool commands that aren't in the ribbon anywhere?  Examples:

1) PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe (external command)

2) AuditProject

3) Plantaudit (are these audit command the same?)

Hi,

You could check for the list of commands in the help. The one I have given below is arranged alphabetically in the help document but it also includes commands from the ribbon,
