I am looking into a new laptop to replace my current machine.
Xi PowerGo.
One issue I found with the Nvidia Quadro K3100M vs K4100M cards is some issues with the K3100M with 3d hardware acc. Does anyone know of any issues with the K4100M? I do everything in 3d - is it worth the extra cash for the K4100M over the K3100M? Anyone give any input over the two cards?

Hi, I've actually seen alot of things like this. Mainly problems, considering noone would be on a forum for help if everything was working properly. But here are some links to issues found with the K4100M:

Personally, i got an Alienware 14X, last year, that ran the programs fine. My only issue was when i tried to move Autodesk to my external hardrive, the uninstaller quit half way through leaving me to scrape my hard drive of any remnant of Autodesk the old school way so i could reinstall it. My fiancee has an hp that is almost as "qualified" as my laptop and it runs everything fine, although she doesn't run autodesk, she has high graphic raster "photoshop" programs.
I have no idea if it's worth the money or not. I'm about to get a new corporate issued laptop myself. It also has a K4100M graphics card.
I am in a position of purchasing a new DELL laptop computer. I have been asked to provide a list of specifications for optimal performance to run the 2015 Autodesk Design Suite,
