_NWNAVIGATOR Unknown command

I always use the command NWNAVIGATOR or the icon, to quickly view my model rendered.

I was using Plant3D 2013 Ultimate, then...

Now when I use this command, I got this message, _NWNAVIGATOR Unknown command "NWNAVIGATOR".

I am using now Plant3D 2013 Premium. The icon still shows but looks like the plug-ins are gone.

Is there a fix for these. I consider this command/icon very handy.

Thanks for any help I can get.

Navisworks should be installed as latest product. Un-and reinstall it.

Isn't Navigator a feature of the exporters now? Either way, the general point is valid - the plug-in will only add to products that are already installed so if Plant3D is re-installed after a new version of Navisworks it has no idea the Navigator plug-in is available.
