Link Between 3D Model environment and P&ID

Hi 

I would like to know if there is a  Link Between 3D Model environment and P&ID.

 

In other words:

if I do delete a line from the P&ID does the 3D model updates accordingly ?

The geometry representing the  line will be deleted as well?

long story short NO , there is not such a link cw
