License problem

My company started with Plant 3D - 2012 and it works fine. Now I have installed the updated 2013 version and I get the message on startup: A valid license could not be obtained by the network license manager.

 

Should the license file be updated in accordance with the installation of 2013 version. And how/where can I see the usage status of our licenses?

yea your license file needs to be updated

who handles that in your company because you need access to the license manager somwhere on your network
