Isometric Symbol's Location

I'm trying to get some lined pipe isos to run and there are issues with the symbols. Where are the iso symbols located? I know where IsoSymbolStyles.dwg and Plant3dIsoSymbols.dwg are and the blocks I'm looking for aren't there. I'm looking for things like: Flange-Lined-1-IsoLeft, Bend-1-Iso2DSkew180, ect...

I believe the Technical Document De-Mystifying AutoCAD Plant 3D Isometrics covers this.

I've looked through that document in the past and I just looked again and the blocks that are mentioned in there are not the ones I'm looking for. I'm looking for the blocks that are listed in my original post...

The Blocks you are looking for are based in the IsoSymbolStyles.dwg file. However, the system places a suffix eg. 1-ISO LEFT to denote which ISO PLANE the item is aligned to. You mentioned Flanged-Lined, you will find that block, but the IsoLeft will just tell you what IsoPlane it has been aligned to. I have had similar issues where I have had to change the symbols from an XY plane to an XZ plane for example, to make sure the symbol displays correctly.

Updated Autodesk link:

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-plant-3d/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticle...

In case people aren't aware, Autodesk is moving to the knowledge network, so a lot of links may be missing. They are supposed to work, but I don't think all the links have been fixed.

Here's a good post with some background on the web site change and a trick to find the equivalent URL/link on the new knowledge network site: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Community-Feedback/Links-to-old-website-are-broken/td-p/4820103
