Iso Symbol Instrument

HI,

I did a FLOW METER iso symbol. Everything is correct, but I would like to add the TAG. For example: FIT - 4343.   
If I use the point CP, the result is:

However, I would like to get the ISO symbol like that:

Is it possible?.

I tried it, but I haven't got it yet, because I created my flow meter in the catalog and it is a valve, not an instrument. It doesn't have the same properties. And I have problems when I use IsoTag.
