Iso North Arrow

I am trying to set up Iso Title Block Display in the project setup but, I cannot get the north arrow to display on the title block. After I choose the "Place North Arrow" command and accept the default (upper left) the command ends with no north arrow placed.

Do you have a NorthArrow block defined in the drawing?

No, I assumed that Plant3D provided the north arrow symbol. Should I add a north arrow symbol to the Title Block drawing?

It is provided in the default templates but could have been purged out.  It's a multiview block so it will be easiest to add it to your template using Design Center rather than making it from scratch.
