Is there a way to show the continuation drawing number automatically in the end connection annotations?

What it default is show the continued line number plus the page number.....Like

CONNECTED TO

AP-5253-AAA-3"-1 (lINE NUMBER + "-PAGE NUMBER")

Is it possible to show as

CONNECTED TO

DWG# SPPS-AP5253(1/3) ("PRETEXT"+"-SERVICE"+"LINENUMBER"+"(PAGE NUMBER / TOTAL NUMBER)"

AP-5253-AAA-3"-1
