Importing files from Microstation or SmartPant 3D into AutoCAD Plant 3D

Is it possible to import files from Microstation (.DGN) or SmartPlant 3D into AutoCAD Plant 3D?

You can use DGN underlay, or convert them to AutoCAD and bring them into the project. Note, the data may not come through, but you will have the graphics.
