ISO generation has symbols on top of each other

What are the basic things I should check when an ISO generates a layout but has symbols on top of each other?

What sheet size are you using? Have you tried to setup a larger (24"x32") sheet? If you have a complex pipe run you might have to use a larger sheet size.

We had to go to a D-Size to get it to look right.  B-Size just wouldn't work.
