Which type of flange do you use? I supose that is Lap Flange. You need review the conection type, and pressure of the gasket and of the flange. The value need to be the same.

In the LAP conection the flange is the LAP Flange and is necessary to add in the spec the collar or the stub-end. The final conection is:

 Pipe(PL)-(PL or BV)StubEnd(LAP)-(LAP)Flange(FL)-Gasket+BoltSet-(FL)Flange(LAP)-(LAP)StubEnd(PL or BV)-(PL)Pipe

Also, I cannot extract this line with a stub flange with backing ring and a pipe

At this moment, that piping should be able to extract isometric, but it cannot..the error says its disconnected but its not there is no leak between the pipe and stub flange with backing ring.
